On December 4th, beforeÌýthe holiday, our school had a ceremony toÌýcelebrate fathers and let the students show love and respect their fathers. The students prepared gifts for their fathers in Thai culture classes. During the ceremony, the Grade 11 IB Thai class presented a creative dramatic performance they created, titled “The Love of a Father”.Ìý

Grade 5 sang a song titled “KraiNhor” and Pam in Grade 11 performed a musical piece. Grade 1 sang a song “I love my daddy”. A student representative from Grade 11, Paint, gave a speech about fathers and then student representatives presented special gifts to their fathers.

Finally, aÌý father representative gave a heartwarming speech about the joys of being a father. It was a beautiful ceremony to celebrate this important figure in everyone’s life.

This year, we had a Father’s Day ceremony on December 4,Ìý2018. All students were a part of this school activity by making Father’s Day cards, brochures giving information about King Rama 9’s projects, and presentations about King Rama 9’s projects, which can be applied in our daily lives.

Moreover, we had special activities during the ceremony. A representative father and student gave very inspiring speeches about the meaning of Father’s Day and the importance of a father. Afterwards, everyone also appreciated the singing and Thai dance performances by from primary students.
