Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging IT curriculum for primary, middle, and high school students, incorporating modern instructional technology and AI.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to explore and innovate in the field of IT.
• Integrate AI concepts and applications into curriculum to enhance student learning and understanding.
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, including hands-on activities, project-based learning, and collaborative projects, to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their growth and development in IT skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in instructional technology and AI to continuously enhance teaching practices and curriculum content.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote interdisciplinary learning opportunities and cross-curricular integration of IT concepts.
• Participate in departmental meetings, professional development activities, and school events as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Teaching certification/license or relevant experience in education.
• Proven experience teaching IT or computer science at the primary, middle, or high school level.
• Strong knowledge of modern instructional technology tools, platforms, and applications.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts, programming languages, and applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Passion for technology education and a commitment to fostering students’ digital literacy and computational thinking skills.
• Experience with project-based learning, inquiry-based teaching methods, or experiential learning approaches is an asset.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team to support student learning and school initiatives.
